Описание: This training is designed to foster dialogue among judges and court staff from various EU Member States on the evolving landscape of the EU’s data protection framework. The training will focus on key legal and jurisprudential developments in data protection and privacy rights, providing participants with an in-depth understanding of recent advancements. Participants will explore the practical implications of relevant case law from the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), with a particular emphasis on how these rulings affect their day-to-day judicial responsibilities. In addition to case law analysis, attendees will receive comprehensive guidance on the new regulations and directives introduced by the EU’s data protection reform package, offering them actionable insights for their professional practice.
