Описание: Focused on updating knowledge and preparing participants for contemporary technological challenges, the colloquium aims to analyse the use of digital tools in criminal proceedings, including the balance between the risks and benefits associated with the use of artificial intelligence tools in the criminal justice system.
Обучителни цели: I. To examine the current regulatory framework and the challenges arising from the introduction of these technologies into judicial activity; II. To discuss the potential for streamlining and increasing the efficiency of criminal proceedings, particularly in the collection and assessment of evidence; III. To identify risks to the protection of fundamental rights; IV. To promote critical reflection and the sharing of experiences for the responsible, ethical and effective use of these tools, especially artificial intelligence tools.
