Описание: This training offers administrative judges and court staff a space for reflection and exchange on the evolving role of administrative justice in upholding the rule of law across Europe. Building on its unique focus on deontology, ethical duties, and the philosophy of law, the 2026 edition will explore how legal professionals can respond to contemporary pressures—from societal shifts and political instability to digital transformation and cross-border challenges. Through a mix of expert-led presentations, peer discussions, and practical exercises, participants will critically examine the shared values and responsibilities of administrative courts, while strengthening their capacity to address the ethical and institutional challenges facing justice systems today.
